We built the Vest of Power from the ground up. The first reason we did this is that vests are a near perfect layer ?? more than a t-shirt but less than a big jacket, and with all the zippered pockets, they??re perfect for traveling. The second reason is that at some point power vests became a statement of environmental bona fides and politics. As for environmentalism ?? USA built stuff that never fails and won??t end up in a landfill is about as environmentally conscious as it gets.
